On 31st of May, 2025. HFAS International Foundation was officially launched in Toronto, Canada. The event which was merged with the birthday of our founder, brought together friends, partners, and supporters to witness the beginning of a mission-driven organization focused on helping children in Africa living born with cleft lip, palate and other cranofacial differences.

Founded by Lincoln Ifeanyi Abraham, who was born with a cleft lip and palate, the foundation’s mission is rooted in lived experience, compassion, and a global vision. “This dream began 10 years ago, and today it’s a reality” said Lincoln at the launch.

HFAS will focus initially on outreach in Nigeria and Ghana, with partnerships being developed for surgical, psychological, and community support. Media
